Yes, we only source pre-loved, 100% authentic handbags and accessories. We back their authenticity with a full money back guarantee so you may purchase with confidence. We use a third party authentication service to provide certificates of authenticity for all of our handbags, wallets, and other items. Each purchase will come with a digital COA with it's own link and QR code.

The question everyone wants to know! Over the years of buying and selling bags, I have made some wonderful relationships with large suppliers in the pre-loved luxury handbag world. Buying in bulk (and outside of online shopping platforms) allows me to secure better rates on shipping and better pricing on bags. I like to pass on as much of the savings as possible to my customers!

Louis Vuitton handbags have "date codes" stamped either on interior tags or directly on the interior linings. These date codes simply serve to identify the manufacturing location and date for a Louis Vuitton handbag, not to verify it's authenticity. With the exception of some handbags (early 1980s and older, and newer than 2021), date codes can be found on all Louis Vuitton handbags. The size, font and depth of the date code stamp are all taken into account when authenticating a bag.

Newer luxury handbags now have microchips that are unable to be seen, but able to be scanned by your phone for authentication purposes.

We are not currently purchasing bags from customers or selling bags on consignment.  In the future, should we secure a retail storefront, we will revisit this concept.

Yes! As a small business we are unable to partner with the "Buy Now Pay Later" programs such as Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay, due to the large fees that they charge the merchant (us!).

Instead we have partnered with PayPal and can offer PayPal invoicing, which allows the customer to choose from a variety of payment plans. Paypal currently offers Pay in 4, Paypal Installments, and Paypal Credit (interest free for 6 months).

Each and every bag goes through a rigorous cleaning process to remove dirt, stains, tarnishing and odors (to the best of our ability). We ozone each bag for a minimum of 60 minutes to remove odors. We then condition and polish all surfaces to bring back the luster that they once had.

Yes! We offer minor repairs and restoration services on bags that you already own.

We also offer customization of your pieces through accessories and hand painting.
